About Plustrust

Plustrust, based in Bangalore, is dedicated to supporting women from rural and resource-poor communities through micro-incubation fellowships. Over the past 15 years, the organisation has awarded 244 fellowships across 14 states.

With a vision of creating a world where everyone, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, Plustrust works to build an ecosystem that inspires and nurtures women as changemakers and entrepreneurs.

In FY 2024-25, Plustrust aims to provide 160-180 fellowships through two hubs, supported by 15 anchors and 10 collaborations. The goal is for these hubs to become self-sustaining within five years
